Description On College Aveue near Fountain Street, there's a schoolyard where no children ever play. Windows facing the playground have this warning taped up from the inside: "Stay Away From The Windows..."
The blinds are pulled, I can't see in. But I assume that whoever put the message up had a very good reason.
